Spent a wonderful Christmas at a cozy lodge surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenic views. the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and vintage decor. We enjoyed the hotel's complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, filled with tasty homemade treats. Its convenient location near a bus station allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily.

Although the lodge's gardens were picturesque, they were not as well-maintained as we expected. the shuttle service to nearby attractions was limited, making it difficult to get around at times.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and prompt in fulfilling our requests like cleaning the washroom and providing extra blankets. The room was spacious and uniquely decorated, with a great view from the balcony. The location was convenient with a convenience store nearby and parking on the property. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cannot find any fault. Our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of items to choose from. The hotel was close to a convenience store and a few restaurants making it easy to grab a quick meal.

Our stay over New Year's was not great due to the excessive noise level at night. The hotel did nothing to enforce quiet hours, so we were unable to get a good night's sleep. The shower in our room lacked proper drainage which resulted in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. we were disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this lodge nestled amongst cypress trees and beautiful gardens. Our room had a cosy mix of wood and stone, complete with a fireplace to keep us warm on chilly nights. the quality personal care kit provided was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet had delicious egg tarts and buns. the availability of an electric blanket and external heater was a plus.

The soundproofing between rooms could be better.
